Day 8: September 20, 2026 (Oban and Whisky)

Oban and Whisky

This morning started a bit hectic, since some of us had to check out of our rooms by 10am. We all got up, some of us packed our bags and afterwards we had breakfast together. Afterwards the first group of our class made its way to the Oban Whisky Distillery. There we had the opportunity to learn how whisky is made and some of us could even try it. The rest of the afternoon we had some free time, which everybody spent individually. Our group went to the local bookshop and got some coffee. In the evening we all made our way to the Pizzeria at the pier, but one of us almost did not make it, because he slept through all his alarms so we had to knock on his window for a very long time. Finally, we all arrived at the restaurant and there we had a really tasty dinner. After the delicious desert we were all very full and content.
